Strength:

Excellent design and control layout (in my opinion)

Weakness:

Average sound quality, the remote is a joke - 5 rows of identical tiny buttons, no DOLBY in deck (in case you care).

To be honest, I chose this system because it was on sale
and I liked how it looked and how the controls are laid out.
I don't like cluttered controls that many mini systems have
nowadays. I also figured that sound quality is probably
pretty much the same in all systems in the $200 range.

Still it would be nice to have better sound. I think the last years model has a range of 40-17000Hz or something like
that. This years is 70-20000 - that's what the manual says anyways. In any case, these are just numbers and the system does sound pretty good. 300 Watts is nice to have too.

Strength:

nice control lay out, good sound for $250.00

Weakness:

tape deck's needed repair after only having it for 3 month's, and they still work/sound right. noisy cd changer, not very good fm perfomance, and tape decks lack and cdchanger lack many featchure's most other systems have.

an okay system if you want something that sound's decent and just plays. the JVC's are a better value if you can live with all the flashy stuff.
