If you want to use it for a light walk not a problem unless you sweat. If you sweat this is not a product for your workout. Going for a run and then your music gets louder ... It is because you are sweating and according to apple representatives that this product is not ment for sweat and your warrantee is VOID but you could buy a new one. Look in the headphone slot if you see pink piece of paper that means somehow you sweat got onto your headphones and in that Jack and bam your warrantee is gone.
