Bottom Line:   
HArsh treble at times!! Yes it could also lack a bit of body again at times....it really depends what you are using it for. I have coupled it with a P500 running a bi-wireble spk. for the bass and the A500 for treble. Definetely recovers the 'body and bass'. Still a bit harsh on treble missing the 'the pleasure of the very tiny treble precision at the extreme end.
