I just got a pair of Pioneer SE-CL07-K as a gift to replace the stock headphones that came with my Sony Xperia smartphone ( MH650c). The Sony headphones got into the laundry unfortunately and although they work they are not the same anymore. Unfortunately the Pioneer phones don't match the sound quality of the stock Sony even "after the laundry". They have powerfull bass - ok, but they lack in the high tones, and clarity is rather poor. Overall sound is rather "telephone like". Of course they are a budget headphones, but so were the Sony. I sincerely doubt that these Pionner headphones are capable of trasnmitting up to 20khz as promissed on the label. Basically - if lot of booming bass is enough for you - buy them.
