Strength:

Very cheap intro to surround, comes with wall mounts that are very easy to install, speakers are fairly small.

Weakness:

Just weak speakers - very little bass from the satellites, which is expected in this price range, but the sub is just awful - if turned up anywhere near 1/4 (has its own volume knob), it sounds like it is going to tear in half. But at least it somewhat fills in the bass gap, so the system is usable at reasonably low volume and on TV/movies (not good for music).

You get what you pay for.

Similar Products Used:

Just got new Polks. Although it's quite a bit more $$ percentage-wise, you can get a decent 5-speaker Polk system for around $500, and most sellers are currently giving $200 towards a Polk sub if you spend $500 or more, which gets you 90% of the way toward a nice 10-inch/100 watt Polk sub.
