What do I think?
Sennheiser's new RS160 are ideal wireless television headphones. From a value perspective, they rank as the best wireless television headphones under $200, utilizing KLEER technologies lossless transmission and Sennheiser's usual stellar headphone performance. If you're looking for something with surround sound and the potential for more bass, check out Sennheisers' RS 170 , or Sennheiser's RS 180 for an open design with a completely different sound.
What makes the Sennheiser RS 160 the best wireless headphones for tv under $200?
The Sennheiser RS 160 offer...
- A closed back design that prevents leaked sounds from disturbing others in the room and reduces ambient noise from interrupting your listening experience
- KLEER wireless technology...which improves audio quality to lossless transmission, automatically adjusts frequency to avoid hissing/crackels/pops, and lowers power consumption
- Ample Comfort, Sennheiser does it again! big squishy pads, and just the right amount of headband pressure to create a seal but still go unoticed
- A Portable Transmitter... That's right! Not only are the headphones wireless, but the transmitter doesn't need a wall plug either!
- Instead of hissing and poping when you near range limits the sound just cuts out, saving you the pain!
