Review NaN of , from Melrose Park, IL, USA

Price Paid:  $29.00 from Best Buy

Summary:
Best Buy no longer carries these folding Kosses. The UR-30s are better than most inexpensive full-sized closed headphones, but won't satisfy the die-hard audiophile. The bass is a bit boomy and muddy; the mids are a bit recessed and woolly; the highs are a bit tinny and grainy. But still, that's a far cry from most other cheap closed headphones, which suffer from that annoying ringing and echoing.

Overall, a decent performer for the price - but full-size headphones this cheap make numerous compromises in order to keep the price way down.

Strengths:
Decent (if a little muddy) sound quality

Weaknesses:
Larger than most other headphones
