Strength:

comfortable with pleasing sound, easily driven with modest power, lifetime warranty, low price and free earbuds.

Weakness:

slightly hollow sound, flimsy Y shaped cord.

I bought these after taking back the sonically dreadful and expensive Senheiser HD490 headphones. Koss''s TD61 are great for people on a budget. For your $25 you also receive a set of earbuds (I haven''t tried out the earbuds yet) so it''s acutually a two for one deal, not bad. The headphones are very comfortable with nice soft cushions and good fit. The sound is uncolored for the most part,a bit hollow but not boomy. The mids and highs came through fine. These headphones might not impress you but they won''t disappoint you either. Koss offers a lifetime warranty (I''ll have to read the fine print) which is good because the cord is very thin and doesn''t feel like it will last very long. These are nice headphones for casual listeners.
