from Sweetwater Summary: The AKG K28 NC does everything it is supposed to do. Its sound is quite good and the noise cancellation very effective. Clearly, it cannot be compared with my Sennheiser HD600 or even the original AKG 240 due to its price. According to reviews on CNET, it is actually the second best-rated noise cancellation headphone, right after Bose QuietComfort 2, which costs more than twice as much. By the way, the MSRP listed here is incorrect. Strengths: Portability and good sound for its size Weaknesses: Product was made in China, not in Austria as my original AKG 240. As such, long-term reliability is unknown. Based on words from friends and relatives, many Chinese-made audio electronics have reliability problems over longer-term. Similar Products Used: This is my first pair of noise-cancellation headphone.
