FANTASTIC PRODUCT -- SERVICE SUCKS!
I bought this product because I wanted a high-end projector that was bright. It was either this or the Sim2 product, which is just way too expensive. This projector's price has dropped a lot because it's only 720p, but 720p is good enough for me! At a real 2000 lumens, this is way brighter than anything else in it's class except the sim2, which is still 20k bucks.
I have a no-gain 120" screen, and this product lights it up so bright you almost need sunglasses. The colors are fantastic. I had it ISF calibration, and the result is just jaw-dropping. The picture quality is darn near as good as film, and is far, far brighter. The only downside is that blacks aren't as deep as other projectors in this class, but they are still quite good.
The projector had a problem with flicker at about 300 hours, and it took customer service about 5 weeks to admit it was the lamp and replace the lamp.
Now it has an intermittnt color problem. After 3 months of phone calls, I got absolutely nowhere with customer service. Neither did my dealer. I finally had to write snail mail to the CEO, and that finally got action. Turns out to be a known problem with a fix. The projector was shipped off 3 weeks ago and now I cannot get any status on it. What a shame.

Customer Service

Doesn't exist.
They have got some people in India answering the phohe, but they wouldn't recognize a projector if it bit them.
