It's a solid performer. I'm not really impressed with it for full range music reproduction, like for DJ work and such. I tried playing CD's through it from several different amps and I fail to be impressed every time. But put a single instrument through it, like vocals, bass guitar(of course for a cabinet of this size no meaty bottom end, but a wonderful crisp tone), violin etc,. and it really shines. It's a great all around instrument speaker. Definitely a step up from you standard $100-$200, 10" PA speaker. It just has a round, crisp tone.

I have had nothing but problems with these speakers. They sound great when they work . which is not often. i
