If you want articulate speed with slam and deep base (not boom) then get this sub if you can find one. They are bullet proof so if you do find one the should have no excuses for damage apart from the top which could make for a nice coffee table. I bought mine new really good sub

(This is for the higher-powered MkII version): tight, fast bass with oodles of power (I never got it above halfway). Switchable outer panels allow for decor changes.

Huge size. I used them as a stereo pair to support standmounts and they really did take up a lot of room.

Truly excellent subwoofer that plumbs the depths without distortion, bloat or undue resonance. Pricey new but good value on the used market. Has all the right controls, good range of power, awesome construction and good looks (in a chunky kind of way).
