I would give 6 stars but 5 is the limit. I like smaller monitors for the coherent sound and easy room placement. The monitor audio's give tremendous details and dynamics using the same tweeter as the Platinum 300's. Bass is, of course, less than with the 300's but for a monitor of this size bass goes low and is solid. A sub will do the trick of adding sub-frequencies but so far I'm not missing out. I highly recommend these speakers.
