Just bought them from a rumage sale . Never been out of the box . Sound great up to about 2/3 then gets alittle distrorted . But the warrenty says to take care of play at moderste levels . I think that we found a treasure and plan on alot of good listening .

Fortunately unlike many of the people here I didnt purchase my from the guys in the white van. I got 2 pair from Ebay for around $27.00 for all 4. (wouldnt have paid more after reading and researching them). I was curious as to how they sounded. (currently using a vintage pair of Pioneer CS-G403's/ and a newer Pioneer VSX-815 amp). I was surprised after hooking them up, they didnt sound half bad. Not as good as my current speakers but not too far from it. (not enough bass/too much highs). I would be careful though because they are definately NOT worth more than $20 -$40 if that much. they look good but for a higher price I would buy something much better. Guess I was one of the lucky one's.

Strength:

They take a beating. Great looks...

Weakness:

They are not Bi-wireable like noted on the box.

It seems most people that have these speakers got them in a parking lot. Alot of people were scamed... The ones I got happened to be ok. Others (so I've read) have gotten either non functional or broken speakers. They are a knock off of the speakers built by Precision Transducer Systems.

Strength:

Hahaha.

Weakness:

Not even a complete speaker. Salesmen are drunken teens.

Total scam. Dogg digital is a well known rip off brand. Their speakers don't even have crossovers! Maybe I would pay $5-10 just to play with them for a while.

Strength:

looks good sounds good no distortion no matter how much you push them.

Weakness:

none

I think the speaker arer great the are a major part of my home theater system. I think they put out the right ammount of sound to fill the room with the addittion of the sony 200 watt sub. I think to all the people that are not getting the sound they expect .... u need to check your speaker wire. you need a high low pass monster cable to get the right sound out of them

Strength:

nice cardboard box that say's they are worth 1500 bucks

Weakness:

will take alot of power without distortion, but sound pretty tinny, Instead of ripping someone else off, I'll just put them in my bedroom

Yep, my wife got duped by a couple of nice honest looking guys in a van in a parking lot. They showed her visa reciepts and all. I took them out of the box, and one was damaged, the other was fairly good looking. I unplugged my paradigms and tried them, the sound of course wasn't as good but it could take all the power I gave it, suprisingly. I took out the crossover, and all speakers to inspect, all real cheap. There could be worse rip offs for the money, but I would still like to find me a out of van dogg audio salesman and beat my wife's 250 dollars out of him.

Awful. My naive stupid ass got tricked into buying this peice of sh*t. The good reviews you may have read from above are definitely from the van drivers of this elaborate scam. Stay away and save your goddamn money.

Strength:

Look interesting from far away..

Weakness:

Cheap Drivers... Alaways seem to be bought in a van down by the river.. poor craftsmanship... obviousley built to trick dumb people into buying them,. the fu::ing logo couldn't even stay on the cabinet for christ's sake.

Skyline 900-SL or what you know it as "Dogg Digital". Funny, same built speaker, different name. The midrange was blown.. Real cheap Wood panels...the finish is just really cheap... weird alligator type vinyl coverning with air bubbles trapped inside. IObviously poor craftsmaship.. I found the drivers that they use on www. partsexpress.com being sold for somthing like $11.50 each..
