This Sony LIV Table Top CD Player blends eloquent design and quality sound in a slim, compact package. The newly designed, unique vertical-load CD player plays all compact discs, including CD-R and CD-RW, while the digital AM/FM stereo tuner provides the most accurate, drift-free tuning available. Four watts of RMS power per channel provides fuller stereo sound than most standard units, and the passive sub speakers use special cones to move air and improve bass performance. Optical line-output enables a direct digital connection to a MiniDisc recorder and the auxiliary line-in enables playback of external audio sources including Net MD, MP3-CD and laptop computer files. Features 3 CD play modes: program, shuffle and repeat.
