Does everything required and does it very well; handbook very good (unusual in such devices)

Radio Shack was excellent; for the three units, only paid the one initial price!

NO support available; first two units could NOT be repaired.

Am on my third one of these RCA players. It's very good for the money; however, it is not any more supported by seller, OR RCA.

The first two models were terrible; back twice for warrenty. The third (a thoroughly re-engineered model) was. finally, very good - all former problems addressed and eliminated.

I'm afraid it will "go" some day so I'm looking for an alternative. These reviews are helpful, except that I notice that most are unhappy with their units. SCARY!
