The 1st unit arrived via UPS with a defective drive. The 2nd & 3rd units developed an intermittant problem with the CD tray not wanting to open. On the 4th unit, the left side display light went out after 2 weeks, and finally out of frustration, we decided to upgrade to a 650. That unit (#5) arrived with one display not working at all. As an engineer, I can imagine maybe a bolt of lightning hitting the factory, and we were just one of the unlucky customers. But a fellow engineer put it in perspective: The Stanton units are all made in CHINA. The 3 Gemini units that were working perfectly on his bench as I chatted with him last week were made in TAIWAN. Bottom line: buy from BSW. They were tops in helping us through this uncanny black hole called Stanton!
