Strength:

body, musicality, harmonic rightness

Weakness:

weakness?...what weakness

After a recent purchase of a McCormack DNA.5 amp for my Vandersteen 1c's, Rega Planet CD and Acurus RL-11 preamp ...the sound was alittle too crisp on the trailing edge of transients. Of all the cable I tried, only the Wireworld Atlantis tamed the demon while retaining speed, clarity, snap and harmonic integrity. I bought both the speaker cable and interconnects after the audition. My loyalty now is to Wireworld for such an awesome product for an awesomely low price. When I can afford to upgrade, the eclispe is next. The best cables in the industry. I can't say enough good things about this company. Rarely do I get this excited about audio.

Got a pair of Atlantis II interconnects (between preamp & amp), and it sounds like I got a new, better system!!! The improvement is huge (replaced Tara Labs Prism 22's), and the amount of ADDITIONAL musical detail I am hearing is breathtaking! I hear subtle little things in recordings I never noticed before. Put these in your system and you will be amazed! Accurate, neutral, smooth, beautiful sounding! Great low and top end! Strongly recommended!

Purchased two pair of Atlantis II ($90) (B stock), blemished jackets but otherwise perfect, for 45.00 a pair. They replaced AQ Turquoise. My system consists of NAD 1600, 214 and 505 cd, powering Klipsch KLF 20's. The Atlantis is an improvement over the Turquoise ($45) but I would not say a twice the price difference. The highs were better and a bit brighter. I do hear a bit more music as these cables get hours on them. They are definitely 5 speakers at the $45 price, but I'm sure there are some $90 interconnects out there that will give these a run for the money.

I cant recommend this product enough. I've been a fan of Wireworld for 4 or 5 years now. I use everything from his Gold Starlight for digital and video, and let me tell ya this is the best video cable I've ever seen and I played with all the top contenders. I love the Eclipse Series II interconnects between my pre and amp. I've had Tara in there and Discovery Signatures in there, and hands down the Eclipse out do everything else in the neutral catagory. Now on to the Atlantis Speaker cable which is fantastic for the price. I've had much more expensive cables in my system, and believe me there are some extremely good products out there, these just seem to be the best i the under 800 catagory. Way recommended... Thanks David for a great product...

I ordered a half metre pair through UHF magazine on spec, not having the opportunity to try a pair through a local dealer. I was extremely skeptical of the improvements they could bring, because of some earlier dissapointing budget cable purchases. However, the Atlantis cables brought a distinct and noticeable improvement. Both my wife and I noticed a significant increase in the sense of space and the amount of musical information coming through the speakers. I also purchased a pair of JPS Labs Ultraconnectors and, while they also resulted in a sonic improvement, it was not as dramatic as with the Atlantis II interconnects. Highly recommended.

My first pair of good interconnects were a pair of $50 Tara Labs Prism 22's. I then moved on to a pair of $50 XLO ER5's. Having upgraded my digital front end to an MSB Technology Link DAC and a pair of B&W CDM1's I felt an interconnect upgrade was in order. I sought out a $100 meter pair, looking for an "over-achiever", or a cable that seems to bely it's price. I received a few suggestions on the Wireworld Atlantis II's and decided to got for it. These are excellent cables. They made a very noticeable and distinct improvment over my other cables, offering more resolution, greater imaging and a substantially bigger soundstage with more air. The biggest improvement was in the midrange where it opened it up further and smoothed out some sibliance. The midrange became more "floaty." Also bass is better defined and slightly tighter. I do not detect any sort of a sonic signature they exhibit, they are very nuetral and transparent. I highly recommend these cables if you are in the market for a one meter pair around $100, and recommend to audition them if you are looking for cables priced higher than this.

I purchased a 3 meter Wireworld Atlantis interconnect about six months ago to span the gap from my preamp to my sub. It sounded so good, I purchased another 2 meter to go from my sub to my main amp. These cables sound great! My new cables replaced Monster Cable Interlink Series 300 Interconnects which were garbage (which is where they ended up!). I paid $75 for the 2 meter Atlantis on closeout and $100 for the 3 meter Atlantis. I can't believe how much more sound I found in my system with these cables.

I recently bought a used pair of Cabasse Atlantis speakers, not knowing exactly what was in store. Upon arrival, I gasped when these nearly 8' tall behemoths that look straight out of Star Wars were unloaded. My wife nearly divorced me when I moved them into the family room. After hearing them, the divorce will be worth it. They are the most natural, spacious-sounding speakers ever to grace my home. They are self-powered with Cabasse's own amplification, sounding very tube-like in their tonality. Layers of depth are revealed, as are all the subtle microdynamics. They easily beat my Martin-Logans in detailing, and convey breathtaking impact. I doubt there is as well-balanced a speaker in the world!! 6 STARS!!!
