Strength:

Sweet detailed treble with an open unboxy midrange. The gloss black finish is excellent for a relatively budget priced speaker. Used with a small sub in my den gives great sound. No complaints at the price and size but don’t expect Bass below about 65 Hz without a sub, or enough volume to fill a large room. Used as they were intended they are excellent.

After many years, this is still one of the best value speaker in the bookshelf size catergory. The quality of this little box still amaze me. Like many review said this speaker is best to place in a small room and closer to the back wall.

Got these used for $375 back in 1993.

I shopped around for months at various high end audio shops before purchasing these wonderful speakers. For the price they simply can't be beat.

The tonal accuracy, especially on vocals and acoustic instrumentals, is amazing. When you close your eyes, you really feel like you have musicians in your listening room. After I bought these and took em home, I did some A/B testing with these speakers and a classic pair of Advents from the early 80s. The Monitors sounded just as good but had better dispersion due to the dome tweeters.

The bass is surprisingly fulfilling considering the size of the bass drivers, and the treble is very present, yet smooth. This enables the listener to listen for hours on end without a trace of fatigue.

Strength:

-Very balanced and musical, Stereo imaging is great.
-Super detailed & beutifull hights.
-Clear and smooth midrange.
-Punchy and tight bass.
- Large and deep soundstage
- Easy with placement.

Weakness:

Non, for price and this small speaker

Excillience standmount speaker, and I'm very happy with this tiny Speaker.
Sounds very very well, Extremely accurate. Voices sound like the person is in the room. Highs are also outstanding, the treble is soft, detailed and beutifull , the mids are smooth and the bass is punchy and tight (hey mid/bass just 11,5cm).
