Big Screen great for sports viewing.
Weakness:
POOR customer service; product not relialable! Model #P52955 was purchased 11/16/01; 5/15/02 the picture tube went out; repaired and replaced by RCA; 6/10/03 again the picture tube went out and RCA has REFUSED to accept responsibility for the recurrent problem and REFUSES to repair or replace teh picture tube! I recommend that you strongly consider another manufacture source for your visual entertainment in your home or at your business! Similar Products Used: NA |
