Bottom Line:
The picture quality is poor. Most channels show muddy. Viewing wide screen DVD and movies show a black bar on top and the bottom of the screen.

Bottom Line:
This is by far one of the best 65" TV's out there! I spent alot of time comparing the differant brands like, Pioneer,Toshiba,Sony,Hitachi. I found that the Mitsubishi had the best picture quality. This TV has all the bells and whistles that you would ever need and then some. Some people are a little skeptical about projection TV's because the Picture quality may not be as good as regular picture tube TV's.Well, I'll tell you to just go look at the Mitsubishi line of TV's and you may change your mind.I have my DVD player hooked up to the component video and the picture is absolutely amazing!! The Pioneer elite 65" was the only one that could compare to the Mitsubishi but it's about 1,500 more. The only differance that I noticed was that the Pioneer had a fancier wood cabinet. So anyway, If your in the market for a big screen TV I highly recommend the Mitsubishi. You will not be dissapointed.
