Review 1 of 1

Price Paid:  $160.00 from www.ezbid.com

Summary:
I bought this 13" TV-VCR combo from EZBID.COM for about $160! Can you believe it? Yes, it was refurbished with a 90 day warranty... But works wonderfully. The picture quality is great and even has VCR Plus so that you don't have to enter day and hour for a show that you automaticly record. You just look the VCR Plus code up from your TV magazine, enter it and walla!... Your shows are automaticly recorded every week with no hassle... It has a huge remote (looks very funny in comparison with the size of the TV itself) but that's good cause it doesn't get lost in my messy dorm room. :) Also if you ever do have a difficult time finding your remote in your room (like I do) don't worry cause this remote has a beeper that goes of when you turn the TV on from the set. The only problem is that when rewinding a tape it makes weird noises and is very slow. But I imagine that is a problem got to do with the refurbished unit.
If you need a small TV-VCR combo for your small room, this is the one to buy. Especially if you can find a deal on it like I did...

Strengths:
Very low price, lots of features, and great picture...

Weaknesses:
Sleep timer starts from 30 min.

Magnepan Magneplanar MG 1.6 User Review

In my judgment the advantage of the MG 1.6 (and other Magneplars), stems from the following: = It is a full-range dipole, and = It has uses low-mass, planar drivers for the whole audio spectrum. These attributes account for its extraordinary clarity, coherence, “air”...
