This product has a faulty DVD player rated from 1-10, i rate it 1. The remote control for this product is less dependable and also faulty. this product is virtually use less without its remote control. which is also not dependablethus rendering the pruduct itself extremely difficuly to use. not a good buy at all.

Strengths:
none really, because the purpose of having at triple play product, is to actually be able to use it. if the remote stops working for this product , one looses about 65-70 % of accessability to this product. This makes what should be comfortable sitting very frustrating. not a good buy at all.

Weaknesses:
channel signal By Air is very weak and poor and very frustrating when it comes to picture Quality. The hardware is below reliable when it comes to the DVD player product stopped working with in the 2 months after purchase. I order to access triple play and other features offered the remote control is needed, this remote control is also faulty and does not work properly, thus rendering access to the products selling points as to DVD,TV,VIDEO and basic set up funtions virtually impossible and in many cases imposible not a very good buy not at all, truly dissappointing. I dont recommend it at all.
