Summary:
TV worked fine for 2 months then died completely. I had no power to the unit. I was unable to get Monivision to return calls or e-mail. I finally got in touch with Roger and he told me I could drive it down to the headquarters for an exchange. It was way to hard to get this resolved. I only had owned the TV for 2 months. TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT BUY MONIVISION!!!!!!!!!

Weaknesses:
Brand new TV died after only 2 months.
Non existent customer service.
