This is by far one of the best receivers i have ever owned.I recently sold my previous denon 5803 flagship receiver and truly it paled in copmparison to this newer version.Technology has come along way in 5 years.

The automatic audyssey calibration has done wonders in my room,and will never buy another receiver or seperates in the future without it.Dynamics and envelompemt of surround has been taken to another level.The hdmi swithching works flawlessly and the video scaling is superb.It finally makes some satellite tv watchable.

Reliability we will have to wait and see.All my previous denon gear has been flawlees so i dont expect any troubles.Truly a reference piece and highly recommended!
