This small budget pre-amp is no longer made, but was in the '80s or so. It is about 1 RU high, less than a rack width wide. It uses 2 12AU7 tubes, and has a seperate L and R volume control. It supports 3 inputs, all line level. The power supply is external and undetachable. The case is all metal and machined very well, the cord for the power supply is heavy duty. The sound is transparent and drives both tube and solid state power amps very well. For pure unadulterated listening it is perfect. It has none of the distractions of feature laden pre-amps, no tone controls, no balance, no remote. I wish they still made this model.
