Summary:
These amplifiers are amazing. Single ended triodes,7-8 Watts (depending on tubes), yet they drive my Gallo solos loud enough to drowned out conversation. These little guys are smooth, warm, amazingly detailed, and transparent beyond what I expected. This is as close to live music as i've come across. SET's are different than anything else I've listened to. Its hard to describe, there is a "rightness" to vocals and a texture (of live music) that just isn't brought out by most equipement. Absolutely amazing! They are not for everyone tho-you need reasonably efficient speakers, that are easy to drive, and headbangers need not apply.This is still preliminary, for I am still getting used to them.
