Bottom Line:
I actually have the model PM860 which is very similar. These amplifiers are very good in every respect. They are accurate, have lots of control over the speaker and are bulletproof. The only possible downside would be that they are fan cooled. The fan runs at a low speed all the time and switches to high at extreme levels. Regardless, the fan is easily masked by even the lowest volume levels. The only time you can hear it is if the music is very slow and has quiet moments and even then it would have to be a very small room for you to notice it. In anything larger than a 12x12 foot room, its probably going to go un-noticed.

Even though I've switched to higher end amplifiers since I first purchased my amp, I've still kept it as a backup because its too good to get rid of.
