Strength:

tuneful bass, thick and clear mid, smooth high

Weakness:

high sometimes might be a little bright, a tad little. Really it is not worth to complain.

This is one solid amp and I have own this for more than one years. Most comments from professional review are quite true. The bass response is tight and tuneful. The mid is thick but clear. The high is very smooth. However, compare to more laid back power amp like B&K, it sound a little brighter. I actually prefer this so called brighter sound becuase it brings out better details and more engaging. Like most professional reviews said, you won't find better amp unless you jump into 4K areas. For the price I paid used, it is definately a steal. If u can get one for 1K or below, don't hesitate. I had compare this amp to B&K 200Wx5 and Rotel 1095. I still prefered the sound of this amp. B&K is too dark for my taste and Rotel do not sound as good in the bass(not as tuneful and as controlled)
