After umming and ahhing for a long time and wondering between the SR-6001, Cambridge 640R and Harman Kardon 355, I got the Marantz.

Haven't looked back since, great features and most importantly for me, great sound. In the store it sounded better than the Cambridge, later I found the audio for this is based on 7000 series, whereas the 6003 is based on 5000 series. Explains a lot
