Portability, with viewable video quality (combined with portable DVD player). Nice config options, easy to use,
reasonably comfortable. MUCH more engrossing movie viewing
than a 7" diagonal TFT screen (or the like). Will get you some noticeable stares, so be prepared for attention.

Resolution is below DVD capabilities, pixelation is visible
which is mildly dissatisfying (though still the best available portable viewing).

A useful way to watch a movie on the "go", in reasonable comfort and better isolation than a small screen portable DVD. Pretty decent built-in earbuds, but would recommend
Etymotic earphones or better headphones for best listening
and listening comfort.
