The smart, powerful VR-6070 combines high-end surround sound processing with advanced convenience features like multi-room operation. This A/V receiver meets the stringent performance standards required for THX Select Certification, and its impressive surround-sound processing capabilities include THX Cinema Mode and THX Surround EX, Dolby® Digital, DTS, and DTS-ES (Discrete, Matrix, Neo:6). The VR-6070 delivers 100 Watts into each of six channels in Surround mode, and 100 Watts per channel in Stereo. The VR-6070's K-STAT Discrete Audio Amplifier, a Kenwood exclusive, helps to ensure the highest possible signal purity, and an optical digital output allows transfer of the audio signal in its purest form to another component. Also included are a full complement of other AV inputs/outputs (including S-Video) and an RF/IR learning remote with LCD display and joystick control.
