Strength:

Great sound, many hookups in the back, Control is easy to understand. Pro Logic II is pretty sweet for watching Cable TV. Wish I had an optical output on my cable box :(. Can't Beat that price and it was NEW.

Weakness:

Volume only goes up to 50, but does it matter? If I go past 28, my wife is yelling to turn it down? And it's not just because of the 15" Sub, The surround put out some good sound too.

The JVC 7020-VBK actually turned out to be a good receiver. I was afraid because of the bad review of the 7010. It was said that the center channel of the 7010 was too low to hear anything. With factory defaults, the 7020's center sounds great, and you can also adjust from there. I have 120 watt Audiosource surround speakers (small) and it sounds great. The 15" woofer also thumps. Not bad for the playroom even if it is primarily for video games :)
