DESCRIPTION
The AVR-884 features simultaneous switching between audio and video signals, built-in 5.1-channel Dolby Digital and DTS decoding, and six amplifier circuits (125 watts per channel) to provide power to all channels (except the subwoofer) for seamless surround sound. The receiver is equipped with 5 inputs for digital sources like DVD and CD, plus plenty of analog inputs for your VCR, TV sound, cassette deck, etc. It is also DVD-Audio ready, giving you the ability to reproduce the exquisite sounds and ultra high fidelity of DVD-Audio discs.
