I have owned this stereo for about 5 years, and in those years, i dont think i have come across another mini-system with as much customizability as this one. although now, im very much against minisystems, i would recomend this model to most boarderline enthusiasts. it has a superb sound quality, and the equalizer is terrific. my only complaint is the speakers that come with it. The mid and high range speakers are standard, nothing speacial about them, and they accurately reproduce sounds at high volume levels. the subwoofers on the other hand, are poorly designed, at highlevels, they are very distorted. though that is mainly caused by the enclosure, not the speakers themselves. the seperate amplifyers come in handy at times, but in the long run, i think it would have been better to combine the amplifyers into a more traditional setup. Strengths:
equalizer, superb sound quality (on different speakers than ones provided) Weaknesses:
