I have been in audio for the better part of 25 years. These are far and away some of the best speakers I have heard. The detail in the upper frequencies is astounding. Linn has done an incredible job with their 3k array. I don't know of another speaker than can produce mid-range and treble like these speakers. Paired with a Rel Stentor III this is far and away my favorite stereo over the past 25 years (I have owned and listened to 100's of speakers). With 4x250W Klimax amplifiers the volume levels that can be reached are almost unbelievable. I had them next to my Dynaudio C4's run with Klimax Solo amps and the 320a's beat them hands down. The sound stage was not only bigger but far more 3d. The upper frequencies were effortless and the 320a's could noticeably outplay the c4's in volume. The only way this can be explained through the active setup. It almost seems impossible that a small pair of speakers can be this good. I remember back in the day owning B&W silver signatures. In their time they were great but Linn has taken to monitor to a level that is hard to believe.
