The Denon AVP-8000DTS is an upgrade of the AVP-8000. The difference is that DTS decoding had been added to the already-included Dolby Digital/Pro-Logic.Features include an AM/FM stereo tuner, so this is actually a tuner/preamp. It has multi-room/multi-source a/v outs, and oodles of inputs. There are ten analog and six digital audio, six S-video, plus three optical and two coaxial digital inputs.The AVP-8000DTS is programmed with several surround and stereo listening modes.
