The reviewer below pointed out there are no reviews of the MF 2200 but failed to write one himself, go figure. Any how if you are looking for a high-end, powerful amp that is very detailed and transparent then this amp should be on your short-list. The sound staging is very impressive, especially in width. I compared this to my previous amp and never realized how much detail I was missing but the MF 2200 has detail popping out from all over the soundstage makes for a very involving listening experience. I tried this power amp with both solid state (Forte F44) and tube preamp (CJ PV10BL), both brought out the best this amp has to offer. If you see one for sale on the used market, go for it, you won't regret it after all this is a Conrad Johnson who has built its reputation on reliable, well built, high-end products.
